How to Use Caller ID Name and Number

  1. Receive a call.
  2. Wait for start of the second full ring. The name and number of the person calling will appear on your Caller ID screen (unless the caller has blocked the call or the call is originated from an area that does not have Caller ID feature capabilities).

Caller ID features will not work with calls originating from an area or long distance carrier where this feature is not provided, or with 800, 888, 877, 866, 855 or 900 prefix numbers. The caller’s name will appear as the name associated with the calling number in the telephone company records.

Caller Waiting with Cancel
